Chỉ thói hễ ở gần ai hoặc gần nơi nào thì bám lấy đó để nhờ vả, quấy quả, lợi dụng sự tiện đường tiện chỗ. Thường dùng để chê cách cư xử phiền hà, thiếu ý tứ.

It refers to the habit of latching onto whoever or whatever is nearby to ask favors, pester, or take advantage of convenience. It is usually used critically of inconsiderate, troublesome behavior.
